My son has eczema and this set is perfect. since dust mites don’t live in silk it reduces the number of allergens, so his eczema is more controlled. This blanket is lightweight and cushy and so very comfortable. It has a special feel to it that is hard to describe. I enjoy knowing I am covered with pure materials. Very well made item. I’m looking for silk baby blanket for my baby girl. But I can’t find the kind of baby blanket I want to purchase. Do you have the silk baby blanket made out of the silk fabric like silk sheets? Ordered this silk blanket for my baby, even though it is a bit big for him now, it fits perfectly to his crib and also fits the baby's silk duvets (I bought silk duvet and pillowcase for the crib from here as well). I got this silk blanket for my daughter who is almost 3. She loves it. We have several that are this same type that she loves to sleep with. Silk is sympathetic to her body’s needs and works in conjunction with her body to help her get a contented, deep sleep. This silk blanket is super soft and has held up great in the wash for it’s machine washable....those of you who have kiddos that carry blankets know how important that is!! My 8 month old son is already addicted to this blanket. I prefer this small size so it doesn't drag the ground when they are older. It is also better in the summer months to not have too much blanket. The quality of this silk blanket is wonderful. Many of the blankets I looked at the satin weren’t very soft and smooth.
