I have purchased from Ellesilk before and was very pleased with their products. This time, i ordered a L size night dress but it's too small for me when i put it on. I contacted the company to exchange a larger one. the customer service rep was very nice and very soon a replacement was on its way. This company makes excellent quality silk, and has exceptional customer service for the rare times some issue arises.
