Customs and Import Duties

Our order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
ELLESILK.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs which the customer will be fully responsible for similar fees.

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special conditions apply?

Cancel Order
All items ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours (after the order created) without any charges, no questions will be asked.
Items of canceling orders after 24 hours: Before the Items being shipped, as the order is already been taken in process, we will charge a handling fee which equals 20% of the item price. You can’t cancel your order after the package has been shipped.

Returns
Each of our merchandise having been processed strict quality control, in order to confirm each item conforms to the high quality criteria. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If any special conditions Damaged or Mis-shipped Items apply,please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 7 days of the date you received your order. The item will not be accepted if it is returned apply exceed the 7-days time limit. Once the RMA is emailed, you will have 8 days to ship back your order. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order.

Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
Nightwear and Bedding - Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the intact tags attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation enclosed in the return package.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return. If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
