STANDARD CUSTOM SILK TIE PROCESS:
A standard custom silk tie production process includes the following steps: fabric preparation, printing or weaving, cutting, interlining preparation, folding, sewing, pressing, packaging, and shipping.

*If you have multiple sample designs or wish to explore different design options, please pay separately for each design.
*If you are satisfied with the samples and decide to place a bulk order for one or more designs, we are committed to providing you with large-scale production services. The minimum order quantity for bulk orders is 20 pieces. As your order quantity increases, you will enjoy more favorable pricing and additional exclusive discounts.
*Custom silk tie sample cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery Time: When planning your order, consider both the production and shipping times for custom silk ties:

Fabric: All our custom ties are made from 18 Momme 100% Silk Twill, offering a smooth, luxurious feel and an elegant drape. Choose from two different production methods to bring your design to life:
Silk Jacquard:
Your design is woven directly into the fabric, creating a textured, dimensional finish. Ideal for logos, stripes, geometric patterns, corporate designs, and classic necktie styles.
Printed Silk Twill:
Your design is printed onto the silk twill fabric, allowing for vibrant colors, fine details, and complex artwork. Ideal for multicolor patterns, illustrations, photographic designs, and intricate graphics.

Image Requirement: Minimum resolution of 300 DPI for best production results. Higher-resolution images ensure better production quality, and vector artwork is preferred whenever available. Make sure your artwork matches the aspect ratio of the ordered dimensions and adheres to copyright laws.
Please upload your artwork directly. Your uploaded artwork should include the complete pattern, colors, logo placement, and layout exactly as you would like them to appear on the finished tie. Artwork editing, pattern creation, logo placement, and layout design are not included in the product price. If you only have a logo, image, or design concept, our professional design service is available for an additional fee.
