Silk fitted sheets can be a bit of a challenge when it comes to folding them neatly. With their elastic edges and odd shape, it’s easy to end up with a messy, wrinkled pile. But fear not, with a little bit of practice and the right technique, you can master the art of folding fitted sheets in no time.
Step 1: Shake it out Before you begin folding, give the silk fitted sheet a good shake to remove any wrinkles or creases.
Step 2: Create corners Take one of the shorter edges of the sheet and slip your hand into the corner. Then, tuck that corner into the corner on the opposite side, creating a pocket.
Step 3: Repeat with the other corners Repeat this process with the other shorter edge of the sheet. You should now have two corners tucked into each other.
Step 4: Flip the sheet Lay the sheet down flat on a surface and adjust the corners so they lay flat and neat.
Step 5: Tuck in the edges Take the edge of the luxury silk fitted sheet that is closest to you and tuck it inside the pocket created by the two corners. Then, tuck the other edge inside as well.
Step 6: Fold it up Fold the sheet in half vertically, tucking any excess fabric into the pockets created by the corners. Then, fold the sheet in half again horizontally.
Step 7: Final touches Smooth out any wrinkles or creases, and adjust the corners so they are neat and tidy.

Tips:
- To make the process easier, try folding the pure silk fitted sheets immediately after it comes out of the dryer when it is still warm.
- If you’re short on space, try folding the sheet into thirds instead of halves.
