Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

All applicable duties are included in the final price to the following destinations and there are no additional costs due upon delivery: EU (other than Canary Islands), United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Hong Kong SAR, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon and Bahrain.

For orders being shipped to countries/regions other than the aformentioned destinations, if you are required to cover any customs or import duties for your order by your local customs office, please pay these directly to the courier to release your order from customs to obtain your shipment first, keep the receipt of the charge and contact us at support@ellesilk.com. When will my order ship?

We ship most items within 2-3 business days. You will get an email notification with your tracking information once your order is on its way. Note we may choose to split your order into several packages, and those may be shipped on separate days. In that case, you will not be charged extra for additional shipments.

Rarely, if an item is no longer in stock, it may be removed from your order before shipping. You will get an email to let you know if this happens. Of course, we will not charge you for these items.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order ships. Note it may take the shipping company 24-48 hours to update your shipping information.

If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch through this form. One of our customer service team members will reach out as soon as possible to help.

Why are items in my order shipped in separate packages?

Usually, we try to have all your items shipped together. Despite that, we may choose to split your order to ensure you get it sooner. If that happens, you'll get a separate tracking number for every package. Don't worry - even if we send multiple packages, we'll never charge you more than the shipping cost you saw during checkout.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

If you input your shipping address incorrectly, ELLESILK is not responsible for any delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ELLESILK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, the receiver will need to contact the shipper to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on shipper's end. If the shipper determines that your package was delivered we are unable to reship or refund your order. Kindly note, in some cases, the shipper may require a police report to open an investigation.
